About Deelish

 Hi!  I'm Dee, owner of Deelish! 

We specialize in custom cakes, cookies, and other sensational treats,

sure to bring joy to any occasion.

I started out in the kitchen at a very young age, on Mama's hip, and later by her side. I watched intently, observing every beat of her whisk, every scrape of her spatula, and every knead of her hands.  I vividly recall Sunday afternoons, the house fragrant with her cooking, Mama would call my four siblings and me into the kitchen, handing two of us the mixer beaters, one the icing scraper, one the bowl, and one a spoon, and we'd savor the remnants of the frosting

she made for the day's dessert.

As our family grew even further, there was always something to celebrate. Eventually, I was old enough to cook and bake for family and friends,

and I discovered how much joy came from creating something special

that made others smile.  A couple decades and five children of my own later, I’ve perfected many recipes and refined my craft—but one thing has never changed:

the love and care I pour into every single creation. 

 

 When I create a custom cake, it's never 'just' a cake.

It's a celebratory part of your story - a reflection of a journey.
