ORDER & LEAD TIME

We recommend placing custom orders at least 2-3 weeks in advance.

Last minute orders may be accepted based on availability and may include a rush fee.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
ORDER MODIFICATIONS

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.

Remaining balance is due 7 days before pickup/delivery

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel more than 7 days in advance, your deposit may be credited to a future order.

No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of pickup/delivery date, as supplies and time are already reserved.

Minor design changes can be made up to 3 days before pickup/delivery if they are able to be accommodated.

Changes after that time may not be possible and/or may result in additional cost.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS & CARE RESPONSIBILITY

Once your cake leaves our possession, we are no longer responsible for it. All cakes contain the needed supports for travel. Care instructions will be provided and we do not take any responsibility for any damage that may occur during transit.

We love inspiration photos! These help us understand the look and feel you are going for. While we are happy to use photos as a guide, we do not directly copy the work of other artists.

All custom cakes are unique designs, made one-of-a-kind just for you.

If you have a specific color in mind, please send color swatches or pictures. We do our best to match your intended color preferences; however, colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences.
